Triple Roll Milling Machine
Three Roll mill is widely used in soap and detergent industry. Special chilled casting rolls are employed which rotate in roller bearings. The rolls are internally cooled with water to percolate undesirable heating of the mass during operation. There is continuous water circulation system in all the rollers.The transfer of soap or detergent mass from one roll to the next is enabled by differing roll's speed.
